<br />The preliminary plat of
<br />Woodland Terrace south of
<br />Bunker Lake Boulevard and
<br />east of Round Lake Boulevard
<br />was approved. They were also
<br />granted a special use permit to
<br />develop a PUD.
<br />A variance on lot width was
<br />approved for Lot 1, Block 1, of
<br />the proposed Majestic Mead-
<br />ows development south of An-
<br />dover boulevard.
<br />Council met with the Coon
<br />Creek Watershed Board re-
<br />garding the Watershed's form-
<br />ula for ponding to be assessed
<br />against developers. The Coun-
<br />cil's position is the formula is
<br />unfair to Andover developers
<br />claiming Andover would be
<br />paying the greatest share of
<br />the costs. It was agreed the
<br />Watershed Board would set up
<br />a meeting of the Mayors of the
<br />four cities involved -- Andover,
<br />Ham Lake, Coon Rapids, and
<br />Blaine -- to try to resolve the
<br />issue.
<br />Council approved the final
<br />plans and specifications and
<br />ordered advertisement for bids
<br />for watermain, sanitary sewer,
<br />storm drainage and streets in
<br />Woodland Terrace Addition.
<br />Council approved the Plans
