ORDINANCE NO. 06- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 SECTION 2. VACATION The following described portion of dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to- wit: A vacating of part of the drainage and utility easement as platted on Lot 20, Block 3, THE PONDS OF RAMSEY, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 20; thence on an assumed bearing of South 79 degrees 58 minutes 49 seconds East along the south line of said Lot 20 a distance of 29.43 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 13 degrees 21 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 99.59 feet to the north line of said Lot 20; thence South 03 degrees 16 minutes 14 seconds West a distance of 100.12 feet to said south line; thence North 79 degrees 58 minutes 49 seconds West a distance of 17.58 feet to the point of beginning. Except for the north 5.00 feet and south 5.00 feet of said Lot 20. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
