These movements are set to popular music and combine dancing with running and jumping. There are three parts to an aerobic dance session: 1. Warm up, 2. Jogging or running, 3. Cooling down. You will exercise at a level that is safe and comfortable for you according to your age and pulse or heart rate. Come to' class in loose fitting exercise clothes, shorts, leotards, or sweat suit. It is necessary to wear bouncy shoes like sneakers, tennis or jogging shoes. The se.lection of music 1Iarles and covers a large range from crisp roaring 20's to disca. The teachers . choreography each dance with both the student and the music in mind. The steps are not difficult, but vigorous and fun! If exercise is not your idea of fun, we WILL change your mind!
