SUMMER ENDS

The Community School Summer Program closed August 4th
with Ramsey's youth again having taken part in a variety of
activities that proved to be enjoyable for all. The Baseball
program was again the largest single activity with over 150 boys
and girls from Kindergarten to 6th grade participating. Practice
and game sessions took place daily during the 7 week program,
and a special trip to Metropolitan Stadium for a Twins game
lighlighted the season. A few of these special trips included the
Minnesota Zoological Garden, Apple Valley, St" Croix River
Excursion, Eastman Nature Center Tour and a number of picnics
and other special events.
