Todd, <br />My name is Ben Flake, I live on Fluorine Street with me wife and four small children. We were originally under the impression that there <br />would be no buildings next to our property. However, we were disappointed to see that in the recent Haviland Fields proposal, the <br />townhomes would back up to our house. If the project moves forward we would feel much more comfortable if they installed a barrier <br />between our property and the townhomes Whether that barrier be a fence or a green barrier made up of plants like white pines and <br />shrubs.
