<br />10. That if granted, the variance will not unreasonably increase the congestion in the public <br />street. <br /> <br />11. That if granted, the variance will not increase the danger of fire or endanger the public <br />safety . <br /> <br />12. That if granted, the variance will not unreasonably diminish property values in the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />13. That if granted, the variance will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />14. That, if granted, the variance will not grant the Applicants any special privileges that are <br />denied to other owners of land in the same district. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Cleveland, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Board Member Cleveland <br />Board Member Hunt <br />Board Member Trites Rolle <br />Board Member Van Scoy <br /> <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Board Member Brauer <br />Board Member Levine <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the <br />the 5th day of October, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-10-291 <br />Page 2 of2 <br />
