WHEREAS, AE2S has identified additional items requiring adjustments during <br />construction under Construction Contingency Expense No. 10 in the amount of $61,773.53. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to execute Construction <br />Contingency Expense No. 10 for Improvement Project #21-09 in the amount of $61,773.53 <br />for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of September, 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #25-230 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
