FRESH <br />Date: 5/14/2025 <br />We are pleased to submit a proposal for the following project: <br />Ramsey WTP <br />For the following sections: <br />Fresh Blast Inc. <br />11160 Hudson Blvd N, Ste 355 <br />Lake Elmo, MN 55042 <br />Office: 651-447-2218 <br />Additional urethane coat for wall/ceiling paint system <br />Plans dated: 01/27/2023 <br />Addenda: # 1-#3 <br />Basis for change: <br />To mitigate the inevitable discoloration/yellowing and the risk of blushing due to airborne <br />contaminants in an epoxy top coat system, Fresh Blast recommends a urethane -based top coat on <br />masonry/concrete walls and ceilings that will better retain its color and sheen over the years and <br />allow for a more seamless look as touch-ups are needed throughout the years. <br />Change: Keep the existing systems as specified but add an additional coat of Acrolon 218 (3-4 mils DFT). <br />Additional cost: $89,284.00, as broken out below, per room grouping sent on 5/13/25: <br />1.
