3) That the City of Ramsey will not be levying the $149,253 (105% of debt service) related to <br />the 2016 GO Special Assessment (Street Reconstruction) Bonds. Levy amount will be <br />$114,253. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey will not be levying the $127,276 (105% of debt service) related to <br />the 2022 GO Street Reconstruction Bonds.
