March 14, 2001 submittal and city resolutions <br />and ordinances adopted during the review <br />period addressed all previously identified <br />omissions to meet Surface Water Planning <br />and ISTS Management requirements. <br />City charter does not require hook up to sewer <br />within MUSA. <br />. <br />t <br />City has committed to a Central Study area of <br />1,000 acres, some of which is developed. <br />Land for another 2,400 HH within or outside <br />the MUSA should be identified during the <br />study period. <br />City adopted Rum River <br />Watershed plan and will adopt <br />interim strategy controls within <br />120 days of plan review. <br />City adopted compliant ISTS <br />management program and <br />ordinance. <br />Council MDS plan anticipates <br />400 more HH on sewer to 2020 <br />than the city's 2015 MUSA can <br />accommodate. <br />Surface Water and <br />ISTS <br />Conformance with Water <br />Resources Management <br />Plan Metropolitan Disposal <br />System statement - <br />Ramsey — 7,500 sewered <br />HH to 2020 and 10,570 to <br />2040 <br />• Water Resources <br />• Wastewater Services <br />
