The provisions of 99.03.04, Subd. 4g. are considered and satisfactorily ,met. <br /> <br />9.20.24 E-I Employment District <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Intent. To accommodate general industrial activities. <br />Subd.2. Permitted' Uses (Subject to general requirements and performance standards as specified by this Chapter.) <br />a. Manufacturing <br />b. Research labs <br />c. Testing labs _ <br />d. Offices <br />e. Supply yards with building <br />f. Warehousing and storage <br />g. Self storage facilities, indoor <br />h. Truck terminals with building <br />i. Athletic facilities/fitness centers/dance studios <br />j. Indoor retail, rental or service activity, or industrial uses other than that allowed as a permitted use or conditional use within <br />this Section provided that: <br />I. Such use meets the stated intent ofthis District. <br />2. Adequate off-street parking and off-street loading in compliance with the requirements of this Chapter is provided. <br />3. All signing and informational or visual communication devices shall be in compliance with the applicable provisions of the <br />City Code. <br />4. The provisions of 99.03.04, Subd. 4g are considered and satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />d. Heavy manufacturing provided that: <br />1. The operation does not adversely impact abutting properties. <br />2. The physical facilities and operation are in keeping with the character of the district and surrounding properties. <br />3.
