The amendment also expands the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) to include <br />the site, and updates the City's development (wastewater sewer) staging plan. <br /> <br />Marigold Pond will include 92 single-family residential units, at a proposed net density of 1.6 units <br />per net developable acre. The CPA increases the City's forecasts to 10,830 households by 2010, <br />and sewer flows to .234 million gallons per day by 2010. <br /> <br /> <br />· Ramsey is located in Anoka County, surrounded, clockwise from west, by Sherburne County, <br />Burns Township, Oak Grove Township, Andover, Anoka, and Dayton. (Figure 1) <br /> <br />. The 2030 Regional Development Framework designates Ramsey as a Developing community, <br />with some Rural Residential on the eastern edge. (Figure 1) <br />· Ramsey's 2000 Census: population, 18,510; households, 5,906; employment, 3,587. <br />. Framework's 2030 Forecasts: population, 45,000; households, 16,500; employment, 11,300. <br />. Regional systems serving Ramsey include wastewater service, transportation and parks. <br />. 2001 Metropolitan Council action on Ramsey's 2001 Comprehensive Plan Update, Review No. <br />18160-1, and Critical Area Plan, Review No. 16891-1. <br />. 2001 to 2005: 21 comprehensive plan amendments. <br /> <br /> <br />That the Metropolitan Council: <br /> <br />1.
