Position of the sign or other advertising structures in relation to the nearest buildings, structures, public streets, right-of-ways and property lines, along . with location and square footage areas for all existing signs on the same premises. The drawing showing such position shall be prepared "to scale." f. Blueprint or ink drawing of the plans and specifications, and method of constructio~ .Of attachment to the building. or in the ground, inc:luding all dimensions, locating all light sources, wattage, type and color of lights and details of any light shields or shades. g. Copy of stress s~eets and calculations; showing the structure is designated for. dead loiid and wind velocity in the amount required by this and all other ordinances _ of the _ City, if reqUired by the Zoning AdministI:ator or Bllilding 'Official. The Zoning Adn7.inistrator or Building Official may. require. additional information concerning safety. . h. An agreement with the City which would authorize and direct the City of . Ramsey to remove the- sign and sign structure, at the expense of the applicant, where maintenance is required and the maintenance is not furnished, but only after a notice of sixty (60) days specifying the maintenance required by the City. 9.12.18 Permit Issuance or Denial Subdivision 1. The Zoning Administrator shall issue a permit for the erection, alteration, or relocation of a sign within fourteen (14) days of receipt of a completed application and non-refundable application fee provided that the sign complies withalI applicable-laws and regulations of the City. - Subd~ 2~ When a permit is d~nied, written notice shall be provided to the applicant along with a brief statement of the reasons for denial. The Zoning Administrator or Building Official may suspend or revoke an issued permit for any false statement or misrepresentation of fact in the application. 9.12.19 Refunds Subdivision 1. If an issued permit is withdrawn by the applicant withiri ninety (90). days of issuance, and if no inspections have been made and no work authonzed by the permit has been gerfonned, fifty percent (50%) of the permit fee may be refunded to the applicant.
