Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #06 -12 - RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW) FOR RAMSEY CROSSINGS, A ROBERT MUIR COMPANY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, Robert Muir Company, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", is proposing to develop the Ramsey Crossings Project within the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City"; and the concept plan for the proposed subdivision is attached hereto; and WHEREAS, under 4410.4300(19)(c) of the State of Minnesota Rules, the project proposed by the Developer is required to have an EAW prepared; and WHEREAS, for the purposes of conducting the EAW, the City is the Responsible Governmental Unit ("RGU"); and WHEREAS, the City has contracted with a consultant to prepare the Draft EAW; and WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the Draft EAW and approved its adequacy for submittal to the Environmental Quality Board (EQB) for publication and distribution. U NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF • RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That the City hereby authorizes the release of the Draft EAW for the Ramsey Crossings Project in accordance with Chapter 4410.1400 and 4410.1500 of Minnesota Rules. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of December, 2006.
