CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />10/14/2025 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Promote economic growth and development. <br />5. 12. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #25-243 Approving a Development Agreement for Zero Zone Refrigeration, LLC. <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Zero Zone Refrigeration, LLC., located at 6151 140th Avenue NW is getting ready for a substantial addition and <br />site improvements on its property. The plat, easement vacation, and variance have already been approved and a <br />financial assistance package is on tonight's agenda. The development agreement is the final land -use -related <br />approval needed from the City Council for this project to proceed through the building permit process. The <br />agreement is standard in form. <br />Notification: <br />Notification is not required for development agreements.
