This agreement is only for permission <br />of applications, this is not a lease agreement but does signify the permission of the landowner or prospective lessor to <br />apply for city/county/state permitting, this does not warrant the right to NDSG Properties, LLC dba iDigital Outdoor to <br />erect an outdoor billboard structure until the final lease agreement has been reached. Applications for permits will be <br />applied for at levels required by the property's location.
