You'll need to provide a site plan <br />that is prepared by a surveyor that includes the pending right-of-way acquisitions by Anoka County for the upcoming <br />Highway 10 reconstruction project. You'll also need a measurement prepared by a licensed surveyor showing the <br />distance between this sign and the other one being at least two miles. I will be returning your application materials to <br />you. You are welcome to re -apply for a future meeting once you have all the necessary materials. <br />The west sign CUP is missing a proper site plan. Please prepare a site survey by a licensed surveyor showing property <br />lines and any easements on the property. The site survey needs to show all the required setbacks. This is something <br />that will be needed for the building permit anyway. When can I expect this to be done? I will need it by early next week <br />to keep on track for the September meeting. If it will be later than that, let me know so that we can determine which <br />meeting you'll be on or if you need to withdraw your application and resubmit when you are ready. Also, you'll need to <br />revise the elevations to include the required enhanced base. <br />As of right now, the September 22 Planning Commission meeting will likely be pushed back one week to the 29th due to <br />some conflicts on our end.
