The application received <br />is deficient of the fol lowing items: <br />a. Prepared site plan from a licensed surveyor that includes the pending right-of-way <br />acquisitions from Anoka County for the upcoming Highway 10 reconstruction project, <br />and measurements between this sign and the proposed "West" sign showing a <br />minimum of two (2) miles in separation. <br />b. Property survey from a licensed surveyor showing property lines, existing structures, <br />easements, and setbacks. <br />c. Conditional Use Permit fees ($1,000 total - $200 non-refundable application fcc and <br />$800 escrow) <br />Therefore, the application will not be scheduled for Planning Commission or City Council review <br />until all of the required submittals have been provided. The 60-day review time frame established <br />by State Statute will start on the date that all submittals are received and determined to be complete. <br />The deadline for the October Planning Commission regular meeting is September 22, 2022. <br />If you have any questions or need additional information, please don't hesitate to call me.
