1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby declares the Subject Property to be surplus and does <br />not serve any other benefit to the public or taxpayers. Furthermore, the Ramsey City <br />Council authorizes Staff to execute a Quit Claim Deed to convey the Subject Property to <br />the owners of the adjacent parcel generally known as 15010 Xkimo Street NW and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the deed. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peters, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Heineman <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Peters <br />Councilmember Buscher <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Specht <br />Councilmember Stewart <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of September, 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #25-173 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
