The number of Residential Properties will be updated not less than every calendar quarter and will be equal to the number of Residential Properties billed for participation in the Recycling Program through the City's utility billing system. D. The monthly rate per Residential Property is fixed and cannot be changed without mutual agreement of both parties. SECTION 9. ADDITIONAL SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES A. Each Residential Property shall have the option to sign up for weekly Collection of Organics. The Contractor shall directly bill each Residential Property that signs up for the curbside Collection of Organics at the monthly rate outlined below: Organics Collection Year Price 2026 $3.75 2027 $3.86 2028 $3.98 2029 $4.10 B. The Contractor shall, no less frequently than once per quarter, provide the City the total number of Residential Properties that have signed up for curbside Collection of Organics. SECTION 10. FILING OF REPORTS The Contractor shall submit monthly summary reports for both Recyclable Materials and Organics. The report for Recyclable Materials shall describe the participation rate of Residential Properties, the quantity (tonnage) and kinds of all Recyclable Materials collected and the primary purchaser(s) of the Recyclable Materials. The report for Organics shall include data for both the curbside Organics program as well as the Organics Drop -Off program. Monthly summaries shall be electronically submitted to the City's Recycling Manager no later than the 15th day of the month following the month for which the report is submitted. The Contractor shall also submit a summary report within three (3) weeks following each biannual recycling event. The summary report shall identify each material collected as well as the tonnage of each material.
