e. Payment of any fees related to euthanasia, when necessary <br />5. Responsibilities of Anoka <br />Anoka shall be responsible for: <br />a. Daily care and feeding of all impounded animals <br />b. Rehoming of any abandoned or unclaimed animals following the statutory or agreed -upon <br />holding period <br />6. Annual Evaluation <br />The parties agree to participate in an annual evaluation meeting, to: <br />a. Assess the effectiveness of the agreement <br />b. Discuss and, if necessary, negotiate changes to compensation or service structure <br />7. Indemnification <br />Each party agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party, its officers, officials, <br />agents, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses <br />(including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of the negligent or wrongful acts or omissions of <br />its officers, employees, or agents in the performance of this agreement. This indemnity does not <br />apply to claims arising solely from the negligent or wrongful acts or omissions of the other party. <br />8.
