Submissions are to be <br />organized in the same sequence as outlined below. Limit electronic proposal <br />response to ten (10) single -sided printable sheets, minimum font size of 11 point <br />(excludes transmittal cover letter). Failure to include requested information, or <br />follow the organizational requirements outlined above, will have a negative <br />impact on the evaluation of the proposal. The minimum contents of a proposal <br />are as follows. <br />Six (6) bound copies to be brought to the interview.
