SCHEDULE <br />• Describe key items that will be critical to keeping this project on schedule. <br />• Provide a list of equipment or materials that may require early procurement. <br />• Outline steps within your schedule that will ensure the <br />park will be open and operational by July 1st, 2026. <br />• Indicate any items of concern that may cause delays to your outline. <br />• Provide an outline of how you would be able to accomplish <br />this in the short timeframe allowed. <br />SITE LOGISTICS / DISRUPTION ADVOIDANCE <br />• Provide a site layout plan which shows laydown and <br />storage areas, construction trailers, dumpsters, parking, <br />and construction traffic flow. <br />• Describe your disruption avoidance plan for all stages of the <br />project. <br />EVALUATION CRITERIA & PROCEDURES <br />SELECTION TEAM & INTERVIEWS <br />A City selected evaluation panel will rate respondents for this work using only <br />objective criteria based upon the information obtained from the Proposals and <br />your interview. The proposed project manager and personnel will be requested <br />to represent the firm at the interviews. The City intends to conduct in -person <br />interviews, but may consider teleconference interviews at their discretion. <br />I7 <br />
