Absent: Board Member Brauer. <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:04 p.m. <br />Board Business <br />Chairperson Nixt called the Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 7:04 p.m. <br />Chairperson Nixt inquired about the rationale regarding the height restriction. <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik replied she believes the rationale was to <br />restrict building living quarters over garages. <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Board Member Trites Rolle to adopt Resolution #06- <br />11 -340 adopting Findings of Fact #0782 relating to Ralph & Vernice Jacobsen's request for a <br />variance to accessory building sidewall height restrictions on the property located at 8240 154 <br />Lane NW. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Trites Rolle, Cleveland, Hunt, <br />Levine, and Van Scoy. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Brauer. <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Board Member Trites Rolle, to approve Ralph & <br />Vernice Jacobsen's request for a variance to the sidewall height restriction for an accessory <br />building at 8240 150 Lane NW, based on the findings of fact, and adopt Resolution #06 -11 -341 <br />declaring terms of the same. <br />Motion carried.
