NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the annual allocation of 2026 budgeted <br />Parking Ramp Maintenance Costs as follows: <br />Transit Parcel Budget Allocation: $104,657 <br />City Hall Parcel Budget Allocation: $ 42,760 <br />Unallocated Stalls (City Portion): $ 7,476 <br />Residence at the COR Apartments, LLC Parcel Budget Allocation: $ 82,231 <br />With payment due to the City by February 28, 2026. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 25t'' day of November, 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />Resolution #25-276 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
