Eligible ESST includes combined total of both traditional sick leave and earned sick and safe <br />time, based on the percentages shown below: <br />Years of Regular <br />Percentage of Unused <br />Additional 10% With 3- <br />Employment <br />Accumulated Sick Leave <br />Month Notice of <br />Payable <br />Resignation <br />5 years <br />10 years <br />15 years <br />33% <br />45% <br />50% <br />43% <br />55% <br />60% <br />Eligible severance pay will be processed per the applicable PEHCSP agreement. <br />After five (5) years of regular employment, EMPLOYEES who submit a letter of resignation at <br />least three (3) months (90 calendar days) in advance of their last day worked, shall receive an <br />additional ten percent (10%) added to the applicable years of service tier, to be deposited into the <br />employee's; Health Care Savings Plan. <br />Receipt of severance pay terminates all seniority rights and ends all City of Ramsey liability with <br />regard to other benefits, except as otherwise provided by law and any applicable collective <br />bargaining agreement. <br />28 <br />
