A <br />.4k <br />Anoka <br />County <br />911 <br />Emergency` <br />Communications <br />Center <br />Emergency Dispatching for Sheriff, Police and Fire Departments in Anoka County <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />Between the Ramsey Police Department and Anoka County Emergency Communications <br />Center Regarding Access to Evidence.com Credentials for Axon—RapidSOS Integration <br />This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between the Ramsey <br />Police Department (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") and Anoka County Emergency <br />Communications Center (hereinafter referred to as "ACECC") for the purpose of authorizing <br />ACECC to access the Agency's Evidence.com credentials to enable the integration of Axon <br />Mobile Responder with RapidSOS. <br />1. Purpose <br />The purpose of this MOU is to establish a mutual understanding and agreement that allows <br />ACECC to securely access and utilize the Agency's Evidence.com API credentials to enable real- <br />time location sharing and device metadata visibility through RapidSOS for enhanced emergency <br />response coordination. <br />2. Scope <br />This agreement authorizes ACECC to: <br />• Use the Agency's Evidence.com API Client credentials (Client ID, Secret, Partner ID, and <br />Domain) solely for the purpose of enabling Axon Mobile Responder integration with <br />RapidSOS. <br />• View and utilize location and device metadata of the Agency's personnel and equipment <br />during emergency response situations. <br />• Broadcast via radio or mobile data terminal responder location data during emergency <br />response situations. <br />• Share this data with authorized personnel within ACECC and RapidSOS for operational <br />purposes. <br />3.
