The Ramsey Police Department agrees to: <br />• Provide the necessary API credentials to ACECC in a secure manner. <br />• Notify ACECC of any changes to credentials or access permissions. <br />• Retain the right to revoke access at any time by disabling or deleting the API Client. <br />• Data stays with the law enforcement agency for the purposes of the Minnesota Data <br />Practices Act. The law enforcement agency is responsible for maintaining and releasing <br />the data. <br />4. Data Security and Compliance <br />Both parties agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding data <br />privacy, security, and the use of law enforcement technology. All data shared under this MOU <br />will be handled in accordance with Axon and RapidSOS security protocols. <br />5. Term and Termination <br />This MOU shall remain in effect until terminated by either party with written notice. Either party <br />may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to <br />the other party. <br />6.
