CASE # 3 <br />CONSIDER EXTENSION OF RAMSEY CROSSINGS <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br />Background: <br />In October 2005, the City of Ramsey authorized a contract for services with LSA Design for <br />project management services of the proposed Ramsey Crossings Project. The project is near <br />completion, however, will require an extension of the contract for services. A memo is attached <br />re contract for services. <br />Fees for the services are reimbursable through the proposed development agreement with The <br />Robert Muir Company. Staff would recommend extension of the services for anot-to-exceed <br />amount of $100,000. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to authorize staff to extend the services of LSA Design for project management services <br />for anot-to-exceed amount of $120,000. <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />CC: 12/28/06 <br />-157- <br />
