Lasher <br />Project: Ramsey Crossings and Ramsey Tovvn Center <br />Subject: Contract for Services <br />Date: October 31, 2006 <br />In October 2005, the City Council authorized a Contract for Services with LSA Design for a period of <br />approximately 6 months and a Not To Exceed fee of $120,000 plus reimbursable expenses and any necessary <br />use of outside consultants. As of November 2006, I will reach the maximum amount of our fee for services. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The original Contract indicated work on the Ramsey Town Center core area and my general role was to <br />formulate and prepare options for development. Since that time, my services have also been utilized to help <br />the City formulate and develop plans and select a Developer for Ramsey Crossings. The City Council has <br />successfully selected Robert Muir Companies and has directed me to work with you to bring this project to <br />fruition for the City. <br />PROPOSAL <br />If the City wishes to continue with my services to assist with both Ramsey Crossings and RTC activities, I <br />propose that we amend my current Contract to an Hourly Basis until such time that work is complete or the <br />City Council makes alternative arrangements for Project Management services.
