Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of the minor subdivision contingent upon compliance with the City <br />Staff Review Letter dated December 21, 2006; approval of the site plan for Holiday Stationstore; <br />and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City <br />The Planning Commission met on December 7, 2006, and voted to recommend approval of the <br />minor subdivision.
