Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #06-12- <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF HOLIDAY RIVENWICK <br />VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, on November 6, 2006, FAE Holiday Ramsey, LLC, hereinafter referred to <br />as "Applicant", properly applied for a minor subdivision to re-plat one lot into two, buildable lots <br />on the following legally described properties located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Lot 2, Block 4, Rivenwick Village <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to <br />be processed as a minor subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan as required under <br />Section 9.50.05 of the City Code on December 7, 2006; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on December 28, 2006 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Holiday Rivenwick Village in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter <br />dated December 28, 2006 and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the <br />City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereu~on said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 28t day of December , 2006. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk. <br />-186- <br />
