Drainage and Utility Easements: The plans propose to dedicate a ten foot drainage and utility easement around the entire perimeter of the two proposed properties. Sewer and Water Trunk and Lateral Charges: All subdivisions are subject to a series of sewer and water trunk and lateral fees. It has been determined that trunk and lateral fees are due on the two proposed lots. The City is in the process of drafting a development agreement in association with the subdivision. Total 2006 truiZk fees due on this plat will be $23,888.94. All development fees must be paid before release of the plat for recording at Anoka .County. Park and Trail Dedication Fees: The 2006 park dedication fee due on this plat will be $10,028.00.2006 trail fees total $2,076.00 for the plat. All fees must be paid before release of the plat for recording. The Ramsey City Cowlcil will be meetuig at 7:00 PM on Thursday, December 28 2006 at the Ramsey Muiucipal Center located at 7550 Sunwood Drive to consider your Final Plat request.
