It has been determined that trunk and lateral fees are due <br />on the two proposed lots. The City is in the process of drafting a development agreement in <br />association with the subdivision. Total 2006 truiZk fees due on this plat will be $23,888.94. All <br />development fees must be paid before release of the plat for recording at Anoka .County. <br />Park and Trail Dedication Fees: The 2006 park dedication fee due on this plat will be <br />$10,028.00.2006 trail fees total $2,076.00 for the plat. All fees must be paid before release of the <br />plat for recording. <br />The Ramsey City Cowlcil will be meetuig at 7:00 PM on Thursday, December 28 2006 at the <br />Ramsey Muiucipal Center located at 7550 Sunwood Drive to consider your Final Plat request.
