A revised site layout would be necessary. <br />17. Tree Preservation Plan: The tree preservation plan, dated May 11, 2006, is acceptable. Tree <br />save fencuig must be uistalled prior to any construction activity and must remain in place and <br />in tact throughout the. development of the site. There shall be no activity within the tree save <br />areas, nor shall equi~ment/velucles be parked, stored, or cleaned out in this area. <br />18. Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from other <br />regulatory agencies. A permit is required from the Lower Rum River Water Management <br />Organization. <br />The City Council will be meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2006, at the Ramsey <br />Mw.ucipal Center at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW to review your preliminary plat, site plan, <br />comprehensive plan amendment request, acid rezoning request. A copy of the case cover sheets are <br />enclosed for your information. I suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to <br />answer any questions that may arise.
