CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />NORTHFORK OFFICE CONDOS <br />On December 28, 2006, Site Plan approval was .granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Saint <br />Andrews Investment Group, LLC ("Permittee"), whose address is 199 Coon Rapids Boulevard, Coon <br />Rapids, MN 55448 to construct 15-5,500 square feet multi-tenant office buildings ("Structure") on the <br />property which is legally described as follows: <br />Outlot A, West Ramsey Industrial Park <br />-or upon recording- <br />-and- <br />-and- <br />Lots 1-5, Block 1, Northfork Office Condos <br />Outlot B, West Ramsey Industrial Park <br />Lot 1, Block 2, West Ramsey Industrial Park <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval are as <br />follows: <br />1. STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or <br />architect. <br />2. STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br />3. SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be constructed on the Site as shown on the <br />Site Plan prepared by John Oliver and Associates dated , 2006. <br />4. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the following site <br />improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location as shown on the <br />Site Plan submittal and in accordance with City Code. The City Engineering Department <br />requires the submittal of a complete paper and electronic sets of Construction Plans for review <br />and approval prior to beginning construction on the site. The Required Improvements are as <br />follows: <br />a. Site grading in accordance with the Grading Plan prepared by John Oliver and Associates, <br />revised , 2007. <br />b.
