<br />RESOLUTION OF THE PLA.NNING COMMlSSION FINDING <br />THE MODIFICATION TO THE])EVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.1 AND THE <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING'PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT <br />FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 13 CONFORM TO THE <br />CITY PLANS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY AS A WHOLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, Minn~sota (the "City"), has prepared a Modification to <br />the Development Program for Development Di~trict N~. l,(the "Program") and a Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan (the "Plan") for Tax Increment DistridtNo. 13 and has submitted the Program <br />and the Plan to the City Planning Commission pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.028 <br />and Section 469.175, Subd. 3, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Plamling Commissionp.as reviewed silid Program and Plan to determine <br />conformity of said Program and Plan to the general plan for the development or redevelopment <br />of the City as a whole, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is in agreement with the Program and Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by;the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Ramsey that the proposed Program and Plan conform to the general plan for the development or <br />redevelopment of the City as a whole and the Commission forwards the Program and Plan to the <br />City Council of the City for their approval. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Plamling Commission of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota this 4th day of <br />January, 2007. <br /> <br />Chair . <br />Plannfng Commission of the City <br />of Ramsey <br /> <br />J974659vl <br /> <br /> <br />101 <br />
