<br />RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF RAM~EY, MINNESQTA-, <br />CONCERNING THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY QF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA'S REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA PROPOSAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposal by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, to establish a Redevelopment Project Area as describ~d her~in (the <br />"Redevelopment Project Area"), in connection with construction ofvariou$ buildings <br />aggregating approximately 643,000 square feet to be used as retail facilities and adopting the <br />Redevelopment Plan for the Redevelopment Project Area (the "Plan"); all pUl1suantto and in <br />conformity with applicable law, including Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 through 4(i9.047 <br />and 469.090 through 469.1082; have been submitted to the Planning Commission, City of <br />Ramsey, Minnesota (the "Commission"); and . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Plan to determine the consistency of the <br />Plan with the Comprehensive Plan of the City. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VEDby the Planning Commission, City of Ram.sey, <br />Minnesota, that the Plan is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and the Commission <br />recommends approval of the Plan to the Ramsey City Council. <br /> <br />Adopted on January 4,2007. <br /> <br />Chair <br />Planning Commission of the City <br />of Ramsey <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1969500vl <br />102 <br /> <br />
