<br />~ <br /> <br />Summary of Town Center Code Changes. <br /> <br />Intent of Mixed-Use Core: This is changed to eliminate specifi~ standards for <br />development in the intent district and adds some wording regarding architectural <br />and pedestrian detail from the design guidelines for the district. <br /> <br />Permitted Uses Chart: Various changes were made to this chart to make more <br />conditional uses permitted by right, assuming they conform to design. standards. <br /> <br />Floor-Area-Ratio: FAR would be reduced from.5 to .25 in TC-2 districts and <br />from 1.0 to .75 in TC-l district. <br /> <br />Setbacks: Changed front yard from 0-5 to 2-7 to accommodate stoops and other. <br />engineering considerations. Eliminated 25 foot driveway maximull1. <br /> <br />Parking: Parking minimums would become maximums. Parking' maximums <br />would not apply in developments that include parking structures. All additional <br />parking over the maximums must be constructed in structures or ~btained through <br />a CUP.
