These individuals would be hired at an hourly wag~ of$12.50 and would <br />begin employment on November 29, 2006. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cook stated all the above individuals have completed the background check and <br />medical exams and went through the preliminary testing. The hiringiofithesefirefighte~s will <br />bring the City up to the recommended 40 firefighters. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember i Pearson, to ratify the <br />recommendation of the Personnel Committee in Case No.1 and adopt Resolution #06-11 a66to <br />hire the following six individuals as paid on-call fire fighters: Carey Schiferli, Michael N,elson, <br />Donald Yamauchi, Robert Tiegen, Jacob Hanson, and David WeigmBJ.}.
