<br /> <br />2) Titterud Park Playground Replacement <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen stated the Finance Committee considered the Titterud Park <br />Playground Replacement, which is part of the 2006 Park's Capital Impro,ve~ertt Program. <br /> <br />ParkslUtilities Supervisor Riverblood presented the proposed. TitierudPark PIBrygiound <br />Replacement. He reported the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the proposals <br />submitted and unanimously recommended that St. Croix Recreation be awar;ded the proj~ct.' <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen indicated the total cost of the project is estimated at $55,QOO 1tQ be <br />funded from depreciated earnings at $48,000, with the b~ance of $7,900' from the Park iTrust <br />Fund. The Committee recommended the City Council adopt the re~o~utionauthorizin:gi the <br />replacement of Titterud Park's Play Equipment and adopt the resolution declaring the: Titt~rud <br />Park Play Equipment thatis to be replaced as surplus property. <br /> <br />3) Authorize Funding for Architectural Renderings <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen stated this case was to authorize the expenditUre of the arcmtectural <br />renderings used for the Ramsey Star Express Event on November 2, ~d ItO discuss the clmrent <br />. .. <br />policy for authorizing expenditures above not-to-exceed amounts.
