Rlw-al <br />Developing Area and the eventual extension of urban services; and ,'" ' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the course of implementing the cluster ordinanc~, We ~\ty COuD.cil1n.as <br />identified sections that require additional review and modification; and <br /> <br />, . , ; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 11, 2006 the City Council adopted a 9-111~nth'moratori~ltl1at <br />prohibits subdivision and platting in the Rural Developing Area, to provi~e ~ime to revis~ t~e Jot <br />standards for the Rural Developing Area; and . . .. ' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during City Council consideration of the clU;ster ordinance I it ,was <br />determined that base information to be compiled during the 2008.
