<br />9. That the applicant's original intent for this property was to construct two buildings and the <br />site plan was subsequently modified to an expansion plan for the existing building; and that <br />such changes were approved as part of the site plan approval in August of2005. <br /> <br />10. That if granted, the variance will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent <br />property. <br /> <br />11. That if granted, the variance will not endanger the public safety. <br /> <br />12. That if granted, the variance will not unreasonably diminish property values III the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />13. That if granted, the variance will violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />14. That, if granted, the variance will grant the Applicants any special privilege that is denied to <br />other owners of land in the same district. <br /> <br />15. That undue hardship will not result if the variance request is denied due to the existence of <br />special conditions and circumstances which are peculiar to the land and which are/are not <br />applicable to other lands in the same district. <br /> <br />16.
