<br />14280 Sunfish Lake Blvd NW: Riverside Manufacturing - Building is near completion and <br />Staff looks forward to visiting when they open their doors. Look for a ribbon cutting ceremony <br />sometime in the near future. <br /> <br />5175 142nd Avenue NW: Nothing new to report. <br /> <br />14050 Basalt Street: Demolition is complete and the site is ready for development. Staff will <br />continue to work with Ace Solid Waste for development of the site. <br /> <br />14230 Basalt St NW: Dave Perkins Contracting is fully moved into their new facility and <br />demolition of the structure should commence during the Winter of2007. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Ramsey Crossings: City Council approved the Development Agreement with Robert Muir <br />Company contingent on City Attorney approval. At the meeting it was conveyed to the city that <br />a Target store is going to be one of the anchors to the development. This is a big step in the <br />process and condemnations will be completed prior to July 2007. The next steps in this project <br />are to finalize the Development Agreement, create the TIP District and to approve the <br />Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />Additional Parcels Identified for Acquisition: Acquisitions are expect4ed to occur on the KIH, <br />Brown and Sparkle Pool properties within the next 3 months. <br /> <br />Parks Property: Demolition should be complete prior to Spring and the parcel should be ready <br />for redevelopment. <br /> <br />Future Meeting Topics: <br />1.
