Observations: <br />The Funding Source Breakdowns are based off the 95% Plans supplied by Bolton & Menk. This project is also <br />being reimbursed by development along the Bunker Lake Boulevard corridor. Discussions are on -going if <br />reimbursement of some properties will be by special assessment or a lump sum development fee.
