Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #26-008 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR MSA BUNKER LAKE BOULEVARD <br />RECONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #26-01 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct Bunker Lake Boulevard between <br />Armstrong Boulevard and 600 feet west of Jackal Street in 2026 as identified within the 2026- <br />2035 10-Year Capital Improvement Program: and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #25-081, adopted April 22, 2025, the Ramsey City <br />Council accepted a proposal from Bolton & Menk, Inc. to prepare final plans and specifications <br />for MSA Bunker Lake Boulevard Reconstruction, Improvement Project #26-01 for the not -to - <br />exceed amount of $118,347.00; and <br />WHEREAS, Bolton & Menk, Inc. has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose <br />of advertising for bids for MSA Bunker Lake Boulevard Reconstruction, Improvement Project <br />#26-01. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the plans and specifications prepared by Bolton <br />& Menk, Inc. and authorizes advertisement for bids for said improvements as City <br />Improvement Project #26-01, MSA Bunker Lake Boulevard Reconstruction <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
