If additional landscaping is required for transitioning purposes, there is not adequate <br />growing space between the proposed building and the property line, considering the <br />canopy spread of the existing trees. A revised site layout would be necessary. <br /> <br />17. Tree Preservation Plan: The tree preservation plan, dated May 11, 2006, is acceptable. Tree <br />save fencing must be installed prior to any construction activity and must remain in place and <br />in tact throughout the development of the site. There shall be no activity within the tree save <br />areas, nor shall equipment/vehicles be parked, stored, or cleaned out in this area. <br /> <br />18. Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from other <br />regulatory agencies. A permit is required from the Lower Rum River Water Management <br />Organization. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2006, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center at 7550 Sunwood Drive NW to review your preliminary plat, site plan, <br />comprehensive plan amendment request, and rezoning request. A copy of the case cover sheets are <br />enclosed'for your information. I suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to <br />answer any questions that may arise.
