<br />Final Plat: Amber Ridge 2nd Addition <br />January 4, 2007 <br />40f4 <br /> <br />Trunk and Lateral Sewer and Water Fees: The plat will be subject to trunk sewer and <br />water fees for each newly created lot. The current rate for trunk sewer is $1,171.00 per <br />unit; the current rate for trunk water is $1,973.00 per unit. <br /> <br />StorIDwater Management Fee: A stormwater management fee must be paid for the new <br />lots being created. The rate in effect at the time of final plat approval will be charged. The <br />2007 rate is $416.00 per unit. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, January 9,2007, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive N.W., to consider your requests for final <br />plat approval.
