Voting Yes: Councilmembers Elvig, Olson and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Topic #1: <br /> <br />General Discussion Regarding Roles and Goals of the Transition Team <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen stated that she sees the primary roles of the Transition Team as <br />revolving around project management (transitioning the city administrator's current projects to <br />the appropriate staff person), communication about the transition process/progress with <br />department heads and other employees and creating a process for selecting an interim and full- <br />time, regular city administrator. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig stated that he sees the main objective of the Transition Team as selection <br />of an interim city administrator, with project management being part of that. <br /> <br />Transition Team / November 21, 2006 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br />-37- <br />
