Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #26-029 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR FLINTWOOD HILLS 2ND & 3RD STREET <br />RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #26-05 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Flintwood Hills 2nd <br />& 3rd subdivisions as identified within the 2026 — 2035 Capital Improvement Program; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-082, adopted April 22, 2025, the <br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Bolton & Menk Anderson for topographic survey of the <br />project area in the amount of $3,803.50; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-101, adopted May 13, 2025, the <br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, Inc. for geotechnical <br />survey of the project area in the amount of $6,825.00; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #25-139, adopted June 24, 2025, the <br />City Council ordered the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for Flintwood Hills 2nd & 3rd <br />Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #26-05, <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the purpose of advertising <br />bids for Flintwood Hills 2nd & 3rd Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #26-05. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the final plans and specifications prepared by the City <br />Engineer and authorizes advertisement for bids for said improvements as City Improvement Project <br />#26-05, Flintwood Hills 2nd & 3rd Street Reconstructions. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27' <br />day of January, 2026. <br />
