Observations: <br />The public open house was held on November 12, 2025 in the Lake Itasca Room, at the Municipal Center. No <br />residents attended the meeting. <br />Alternatives: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #26-029 approving final plans and specifications and authorizing advertisements for <br />bids for Flintwood Hills 2nd & 3rd Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #26-05. <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding for this improvement is proposed to come from Pavement Management Funds and Storm Water Utility <br />Funds. Amount shown below include 23-percent indirect costs for administrative, engineering, finance, and legal <br />costs. <br />Pavement Management Funds $1,252,029 <br />Storm Water Utility Funds $25,193 <br />Total Project Costs $1,277,222 <br />CIP level estimated project costs were $1,168,308 ($1,015,920 Pavement Management Funds, $152,388 Storm <br />Water Utility Funds). The final project costs may change depending upon bid prices and actual construction <br />quantities. <br />Recommendation: <br />The Ramsey Public Works Committee reviewed this improvement project on January 20, 2026.
